I was over 93kg last year in August. I have since gone down to 85-86kg which is still considerably heavy and not competitive. The last 21km run I did was on March 8, 2015 and I cramped after 16 km, walked most of the way back, and finished the run in 2 hours 34 mins. I need to be under 80kg to run under 2 hours for the half marathon.
So I decided I am going to follow the program on this DIY guide to a 6 pack in 8 weeks.
