This was my best 21km thus far - 2 hours 24 mins.
Took 2 salt tablets at 9km, a power gel at 12km and 16km. At 14km I felt a twitch on the left calf so I slowed down for a while. The last 2km my legs felt heavy like lead.
I am a bit lighter than previous as had gone low-no carbo since Tuesday. Still a long way to improve to get a sub-2hour 21km under my belt. The only way is to lose more weight so I can't wait to start my DIY 6 pack cum fat loss program tomorrow.
